A wide range of features comes standard with Federal Signal's PA300 series siren. Included are five basic siren tones, TAP II (horn-ring transfer), PA, radio rebroadcast, and air horn sound with siren override. TAP II allows for effective intersection traffic clearing capability without having to remove your hands from the steering wheel or your eyes from the road. The PA300 siren includes a permanent noise-canceling microphone that produces high quality voice reproduction without feedback squeal, and the microphone's push-to-talk switch will override any siren tone for instant PA use. Paired with the AS124 speaker this siren provides 100-watt output and will meet or exceed SAE J1849 and Class A requirements for sound. The AS124 is equipped with Federal Signal's industry leading Neo-driver for high-powered sound output. The HIPPO 2032E and HIPPO 2042E multipower packs are skid mounted, self-contained, diesel engine driven power packs which provide multiple sources of power for continuous duty use with a wide variety of heavy duty hand held tools. Concrete saws, jack hammers, trash pumps, hammer drills, chop saws, etc. will operate up to eight hours on a single tank of JP8 or diesel fuel. On board coolers keep oils and fluids at optimum temperatures during operation. Hydraulic hoses, electric wiring and air lines are all color coded and labeled to indicate component parts for ease of maintenance and diagnostics. The HIPPO Sustainment Kit is designed to facilitate the first year of maintenance for your new HIPPO unit, containing the appropriate hoses, filters, belts, etc. for your unit. By using the Sustainment Kit in conjunction with the Operators Manual the maintenance for the HIPPO becomes easy to remember and even easier to accomplish.

The HIPPO Power Track is a self-propelled, tracked power unit that offers tremendous mobility within the worksite. The Power Track operator can move within the worksite, can push or pull objects, fit through a standard sized doorway or climb a steep grade. The unit can operate two 10 GPM hydraulic tools at the same time or operate one 10 GPM circuit while the tracks are moving.
