The SETS Exothermic Cutting Rod is a unique, 100% reliable, fast ignition exothermic cutting rod for use with the Silent Entry Torch System line of products. The rod is unique in that it uses a 9V battery for ignition and uses a quick connect/disconnect fitting for attachment and removal in seconds, unlike the traditional collet style rods. The rods offer a 1" for 1" (1:1) cutting ratio or better on 3/8" steel. The rods can be bent or curved, without the loss of performance in order to perform cutting in unique situations and missions.

Utilizing exothermic cutting technology the DCU manages both surface and supplied power and oxygen for underwater cutting operations. Effective at depths to 300 feet the DCU is one of the most effective surface supplied sustained cutting operational tools in the US Navy inventory. The DCU is supplied with 100 feet of working hose and power cable. The system is available in customer hose/cable lengths to meet any unit requirements.

The Twin Volume Oxygen Storage System (TVOSS) is a large volume mobile compressed oxygen workstation. Developed for various operational applications, to include medical operations, high-altitude jump operations, and exothermic breaching operations. The TVOSS provides up to 448 CF (@ 3000 psi) of compressed oxygen, giving a team requiring a very large, but portable reservoir of compressed oxygen with a sizeable advantage in almost any situation. The TVOSS can be ordered housed in an ATA certified ruggedized protective case or a lightweight open rigid frame, depending on what is best suited to operational requirements.

The High-Altitude Oxygen Support System (HOSS) is a compact and lightweight system used to refill parachutist oxygen systems during flight operations. The HOSS gives the ability to fill 15 bottle assemblies at the same time, reducing individual fill time by 80%. The HOSS accommodates either the PHAOS or Phantom Systems and exceeds all requirements for oxygen handling. The HOSS is built to easily connect to the PHAOS or Phantom System without additional fittings.

Exothermic Cable is a consumable electrode, flexible spiral cable encased within a protective sheath. Exothermic Cable has a threaded male fitting that attaches to the charging handle and the other end for cutting. Exothermic Cable is manufactured in three diameters: 6mm, 9mm & 12mm.
