Complementing OPS.DIRT's line of soil stabilization products, OPS.DIRT also offers the ability to integrate a non-toxic black pigment into the seal coating process, giving the final surface a new color. This allows customers to construct surfaces that mirror the look and feel of asphalt.

The HIPPO can also be placed on one of the most widely used platforms in service today, providing mobility to your ALL-In-One power system due to its extreme durability, reliability, and being perfectly engineered for integration. The frame and body of the trailer are composed of aircraft aluminum alloy with a reinforced high strength steel drawbar making the trailer incredibly robust and durable while maintaining a minimal (1440lbs) weight characteristic.

The HIPPO 2032E provides air, electric and hydraulic power including:

The HIPPO 2032E and HIPPO 2042E multipower packs are skid mounted, self-contained, diesel engine driven power packs which provide multiple sources of power for continuous duty use with a wide variety of heavy duty hand held tools. Concrete saws, jack hammers, trash pumps, hammer drills, chop saws, etc. will operate up to eight hours on a single tank of JP8 or diesel fuel. On board coolers keep oils and fluids at optimum temperatures during operation. Hydraulic hoses, electric wiring and air lines are all color coded and labeled to indicate component parts for ease of maintenance and diagnostics. The HIPPO 2032E weighs approximately 1650 lbs and is 64L x 36W x 41H.

The HIPPO Sustainment Kit is designed to facilitate the first year of maintenance for your new HIPPO unit, containing the appropriate hoses, filters, belts, etc. for your unit. By using the Sustainment Kit in conjunction with the Operators Manual the maintenance for the HIPPO becomes easy to remember and even easier to accomplish.

The HIPPO Power Track is a self-propelled, tracked power unit that offers tremendous mobility within the worksite. The Power Track operator can move within the worksite, can push or pull objects, fit through a standard sized doorway or climb a steep grade. The unit can operate two 10 GPM hydraulic tools at the same time or operate one 10 GPM circuit while the tracks are moving. At the flip of a switch each 10 GPM circuit can be a 5 GPM circuit for smaller tools. The optional 5.2 KW generator or welder/generator can be operated at the same time as one hydraulic tool circuit for a true multipower capability in a very small space.

Mission: Provide power to heavy duty hand held power tools for the highly mobile small footprint Combat Engineer (or similar force) and maintenance worksite. Direct support of Civil/ Military disaster relief, construction or maintenance worksites requiring lots of movement of power units within the worksite.

The HIPPO Power Tread is a self-propelled, power unit that offers tremendous mobility within the work site.
