For more than two decades, the Alaska Medical Shelter System™ from Alaska Defense® has set the benchmark for operational reliability in deployed medical facilities. At 20? wide with 32.5? or 39? lengths and a 10? peak height, it has earned its reputation as the most tested COTS medical shelter in the Department of Defense inventory. It successfully met or exceeded all environmental tests at Aberdeen Test Center and the McKinley Climatic Laboratory, and was declared the safest and most survivable medical shelter during overpressure testing conducted by the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory Joint SPICE program.

A trained crew can fully set up the Alaska Medical Shelter System™ in under 30 minutes. Since 1999, more than 3,000 units have been fielded and used worldwide in expeditionary medical missions.
